Quantity Guide
Assuming the cake is fruit and cut into inch pieces the
following guide can be used as an estimate. If the cake
is made of sponge, half these quantities. Please note if
you select a shaped cake e.g. Oval, Heart etc. the
quantities will be less again.
3 Tier Round - 12" 10" & 8" = 240 portions approx
3 Tier Square - 10" 8" & 6" = 200 portions approx
3 Tier Square - 12" 10" & 8" = 320 portions approx
